Shipping & Handling:
Expect upto 4 weeks delivery time. (Depending on your location)
Return Merchandise:
20% re-stocking fee for returned non damaged Merchandise.
Do not return products to us without first contacting Customer Service to receive an Authorization Number.
We will not except any unauthorization returns.
Damaged Shipments:
We are not responsible for loss and or damage caused by the freight carrier.
If Shipment (Merchandise) is damaged you must contact the freight carrier to file a claim.
Retain all the packing and paper work and call the freight carrier for instruction on filing a calim.
Manufacturers Defects:
Contact our Customer Service department for instructions.
